TweetDeck and Social Media Marketing

Are you still toggling back and forth between Facebook, Twitter and MySpace trying to catch up with all your friends?  It can get pretty hairy especially if you have hundreds or thousand of freinds.  I recently found a cool tool that helps me be more productive and efficient with my social media activities.  It’s called TweetDeck. 

TweetDeck is your very own personal browser for staying in touch and connecting you with your contacts across Twitter, Facebook and more.  TweetDeck shows you everything you want to see at once, so you can stay organised and up to date.

Here’s what I really like about it…I can pull up my TweetDeck browser and update my status on Twitter and Facebook all at the same time with just one click. I can even stay organized with all of my Groups in Facebook.  TweetDeck will even shorten my urls so that I don’t go over in characters on Twitter. 

Another cool thing is that you can see your friends’ updates and personal messages all on one screen.  You can also reply to your friends from your TweetDeck browser too.  Plus, you don’t have to keep hitting the refresh button because it’s all done for you in real time. 
TweetDeck is easily customized. You can collapse and add columns to customize your browserexactly they way you want it.  You can even use TweetDeck from your Iphone. 

There are many more features that I’m sure that I am forgetting so I recommend that you go over to www.TweetDeck.com and have a looksy yourself.  Oh, by the way…did I mention that TweetDeck is absolutely Free!!!  You gotta love it!
